Water Filtration Service in The Colony and Nearby Towns

We install and service whole-home filters, water softeners, reverse osmosis units and UV systems in your home. If you already own equipment, we check whether a new cartridge, resin bed or control valve part will get it working again before we talk about replacing it.

The Towns We Cover

Our work is centered in The Colony, and we regularly drive to homes in Frisco, Plano, Little Elm, Lewisville, Carrollton and Hackberry. Most of those trips are short, so a service visit or an install fits into a normal workday without a long wait between steps.

We also work in Addison, Highland Village, Paloma Creek South and Lake Dallas. If your home sits just outside those towns, give us the nearest cross streets during the phone call. In most cases we can confirm on that same call whether the drive works, then pick a visit time that fits your schedule.

What We See in Homes Across the Area

  1. 01

    Housing age and plumbing

Many homes here were built from the 1980s through the 2000s, with plenty of newer construction in growing towns. Older houses often have copper supply lines, while newer ones usually run PEX. That changes how we cut in a bypass loop and which fittings we use, so the connection stays tight and does not stress the pipe.

  2. 02

    Heat and garage installs

Long, hot summers matter because many softeners and whole-home filters sit in a garage. Heat speeds up wear on O-rings, brine tank floats and plastic housings. A cracked housing or a sticking valve is usually a parts repair, and we check those first.

  3. 03

    Treated city water

Most homes in the area draw treated municipal water that carries a disinfectant residual such as chlorine or chloramine. Those compounds cause most taste and odor complaints and slowly break down rubber seals. Activated carbon handles chlorine well, and catalytic carbon is the better match where chloramine is used.

  4. 04

    Hardness and scale

Mineral content varies by supply and season, so we do not assume you need a softener. Your water test shows the hardness reading, and we size equipment to that number, not to a guess.

  5. 05

    HOAs and permits

Many neighborhoods have an HOA, and some cities require a plumbing permit for certain connections or a drain line for a softener or RO unit. We follow the rules your city sets and keep equipment indoors or in the garage, which keeps HOA questions simple.

Find Out What Your Water Needs

A short call gets your water test on the calendar and lets us hear what you are noticing at the tap. If you already have a system, tell us the brand and age, and we will say honestly whether it is worth repairing.
