What Happens When You Call
We start with what you are noticing: a chlorine smell at the kitchen tap, white crust on shower heads, spotting on glassware, or a system that stopped doing its job. Then we schedule a visit to test the water at your home, so any recommendation comes from your readings rather than a guess.
If you already own a softener, reverse osmosis unit or whole-home filter, tell us. Many problems trace to a worn control valve, a cracked brine line, a fouled membrane or cartridges that are overdue. When a part swap will put the system back in spec, we say so. When the tank, resin or housing is failing, we explain why replacement costs less over time.
What to Have Ready Before You Call
- Describe the problem and when it started, such as taste, odor, scale or low pressure.
- If you have existing equipment, note the brand and model from the label on the tank or control head.
- Know roughly where your main water line enters the house and where the system or space for it sits.
- Have a couple of days and times in mind that work for a visit to your home.
